1 SHIPPING

All products are made to order and shipped from within the United Kingdom.
Orders are printed and packed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Production time: 3–7 working days
Delivery time: 1–5 working days depending on courier and location

You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Delays caused by courier service, strikes, or severe weather are outside our control.

We currently deliver within the UK only.
International shipping will launch soon.

2 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every item is printed to order to reduce waste.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Email info@wisemonkeywear.com with your order number and photos if applicable.
  2. If eligible, you’ll receive an InPost return label and instructions.
  3. Drop the parcel at any InPost locker within 7 days.
  4. Refunds are issued within 7 working days once we’ve received and inspected the item.

Change-of-mind returns:
Allowed within 14 days of delivery (unused and in original packaging).
Return postage is your responsibility.

We do not accept returns sent directly to our correspondence address.

3 ORDER ISSUES

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first.
If tracking shows no movement for 5 working days, email info@wisemonkeywear.com and we’ll investigate with the courier.

4 PAYMENTS

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We never store or access your full card details.
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
