SHIPPING POLICY

1 OVERVIEW

All products are made to order and shipped from within the United Kingdom.
We work with an independent UK fulfilment partner, a small ethical print studio that produces and dispatches every order individually to ensure quality and reduce waste.

At this stage, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
International delivery will be introduced soon.


2 PROCESSING TIME

  • Standard production time is 3 – 7 working days from the date your order is placed.
  • Orders are printed and packed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel has shipped.
  • During peak periods, please allow a few extra days for processing.

3 SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We currently deliver using trusted UK couriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Delivery times are estimates only.
Delays caused by the courier, weather, or strikes are outside our control.


4 SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on parcel weight and destination within the UK.
We do not profit from shipping fees.
Occasionally, free shipping promotions may apply and will be clearly stated at checkout.


5 ORDER TRACKING

All orders include tracking.
You will receive an email with your tracking number or link once your parcel has been dispatched.
If tracking details do not appear within 48 hours, contact info@wisemonkeywear.com for assistance.


6 FAILED DELIVERY OR INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it may be returned to our fulfilment partner.
We can resend the parcel once it is received back and additional postage is paid.
We cannot refund orders lost because of incorrect address information.


7 LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact info@wisemonkeywear.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Include your order number and photos if available.
We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


8 RETURNS

Returns are handled through our InPost return system only.
Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy before sending any item back.
We cannot accept parcels sent to our correspondence address.


9 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (COMING SOON)

We are preparing to expand our delivery network to include Europe, North America, and other regions in 2026.
International customers will soon be able to order through local fulfilment partners for faster delivery and reduced customs fees.
Updates will be announced on our website and social channels once international orders go live.
