This website is operated by Wise Monkey Wear®, trading as Romain Mas (“we”, “us”, “our”), owner of the registered brand Wise Monkey Wear® and the associated trademark Wise Monkey Wrought™ (collectively referred to as Wise Monkey W).
By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you must not use this website.
Our store runs on WordPress / WooCommerce.
Production and fulfilment are carried out by our independent UK fulfilment partner, a small ethical print studio specialising in made-to-order garments.
2 ELIGIBILITY & ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
Any breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of access.
3 PRODUCTS & COLOURS
All products are made to order.
We make every effort to display colours and details accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, print method (DTF / DTG), or fabric texture.
Sizes are approximate and may vary within manufacturer tolerances.
4 PRICES & AVAILABILITY
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or correct errors at any time without notice.
An order is accepted only once payment has cleared and you receive a confirmation email.
5 FULFILMENT & DELIVERY
Orders are printed and dispatched in the UK by our independent fulfilment partner.
Typical production and dispatch time: 3 – 7 working days.
Delivery times vary by courier and UK location.
Delays caused by courier service, weather, or other factors beyond our control are not our responsibility.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
6 RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
To request a return or exchange, contact info@wisemonkeywear.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your item is defective or misprinted, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Change-of-mind returns must be sent using our InPost return system only; we do not accept returns sent to our registered office.
Return postage for non-faulty items is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds are issued within 7 working days after inspection.
7 BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details.
We may refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent or breaches these Terms.
If an order is changed or cancelled, we will notify you by email or phone.
8 PAYMENTS & SECURITY
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
All transactions are encrypted via SSL.
We never store or access your full payment-card details.
9 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, graphics, text, trademarks, and photography are the property of Romain Mas trading as Wise Monkey Wear® and are protected by UK and international copyright and trademark law.
No part of this site may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written consent.
10 USER COMMENTS & SUBMISSIONS
By submitting reviews, comments, or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that content in any medium.
You must not post unlawful, defamatory, or obscene material.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
11 THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS
Our store uses third-party providers such as shipping carriers, payment processors, and fulfilment partners.
Each operates under its own terms and privacy policy.
We are not responsible for the accuracy or conduct of third-party sites linked from ours.
